Feedback Guru offers two ways to connect: Shopify (for Shopify stores) and Direct (for everyone else - sign up at app.feedback.guru and add a BCC address to your emails). Start by choosing your path, then follow the steps for that integration.

Steps

1. Shopify vs Direct - Which integration should I use? When to pick Shopify vs Direct.
2. Install on Shopify - Install from the App Store, subscribe, then configure Review Websites and settings.
3. Set up with Direct - Sign up at app.feedback.guru, subscribe, add your BCC address, and configure review URLs.
