Why We Built This
We were running e-commerce stores and dealing with the same headache: manually managing where to send customers for reviews. Updating checkout pages, tweaking heuristics, changing review links across multiple sites. It was tedious and fragile.
We wanted a tool where you could set it up once, control which review platforms get traffic with simple percentages, and never touch code again. Nothing like that existed, so we built it.
How It Works
Feedback Guru automatically sends review requests to your customers after a purchase or service, then directs them to the review platforms you choose - Google, Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Amazon, and more. You control the split with percentage-based routing.
